This extra large cutting board is made from local Black Walnut, it cutting will serve you well through the years. End grain boards are the best type of cutting boards that you can buy. If you have high end cutlery and cook large cuts of meat, then this is the board you need. It will not dull your knife as fast as a face grain board.
